I asked twice if they could change my bedding at the endo of the week and never received a response.

The property was clean and the value was excellent. The desk attendant who checked me in was very friendly and helpful. The booking company failed to secure a first floor room, but when I explained that we could not climb stairs, she was able to find us a first floor room. It was an upgrade for which I was charged, but that was fine. the young man who checked us out when we left was very friendly and helpful. He seemed to take an interest in each guest.

Bed was super comfy, soft. Place was clean. Very hospitable staff.
